The digital disruption of the mobility and logistics systems will not lose its current momentum and the transformation will not stop. However, this transformation will not take place overnight in the sense of immediate radical change. Nevertheless, we are already on the way to the digital mobility split: From the user's point of view, for example, complete, correct and personalized information, independent of the end-user device, will in the future be decisive for the selection of the personal travel mix or the preferred booking method.
